1. Acceptance of Terms

FixItFast.site provides online file conversion services. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent

3. Uploaded Content and File Processing

You are solely responsible for the files you upload to our Service. By uploading files, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and convert the files
• The files do not contain any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• You will not upload files that infringe on any third-party rights

Files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after conversion. We do not store your files permanently or share them with third parties.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FixItFast.site and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

6. Limitation of Liability

FixItFast.site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
